Our Beef Lasagna just needs to be re-heated in the oven. Made with premium Australian beef, home-made tomato sauce and our home made fresh pasta sheets.

DESCRIPTION
We prepare our gourmet lasagne in-house overnight the day before delivery using our sheets of fresh pasta. Our slow-cooked fine minced beef ragù sauce perfectly blends with our creamy homemade béchamel sauce. We top everything with Italian mozzarella cheese and grated Grana Padano PDO cheese.

STORAGE INSTRUCTION
Keep refrigerated below 5C.
Consume within 3 days.
Suitable for Freezing. Freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month.
RE-HEATING INSTRUCTION
Preheat the oven to 190°C and place a baking tray in the oven.
Remove the plastic film. Once you have removed the s film lid, place the Lasagna directly onto the hot baking tray. Cover the pasta with tinfoil.
Re-heat for 10-15 minutes or until piping hot.
Remove the pasta from the oven and check the desired temperature. Allow 2-3 additional minutes without the tin foil if you'd like it to crispen up.
After removing your pasta from the oven, allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Buon appetito!
